The Wine List
CSG stems from a wine pedigree. Our family's restaurant Visconti's won 2013 Washington State Restaurant of the Year voted on by the Washington State Wine Commission. We are offering a dynamic list of Santa Barbara Country wines available by the glass or bottle. If you are looking to immerse yourself in the full Danish experience, enjoy our featured bottle of Château de Cayx, the official wine of The Prince of Denmark.
Offers delicate aromas of red fruits and reveals the intensity and fleshy character typical of the Malbe varietal. In the mouth, it develops spicy notes and silky tannins. Armed with a concentration that is characteristic of the finest wines of Cahors, it is also extremely elegant, though built for the long haul.
This barrel fermented, full bodied Chardonnay has mouth filling citrus fruit and a palate cleansing, bright finish. It will become richer and more complex with age.
Rich, plush, and brimming with an almost tropical exuberance, this wine leads with a nose of lychee nut, honeydew melon, hibiscus blossom and wet stone, while flavors of lemon meringue pie, orange zest, white nectarine, and guava round out the deliciously ripe palate.
Green papaya, white peaches and Pippin apple with notes of wild white roses and a suggestion of lychee and jalapeño. This stainless steel fermented, non-malolactic, dry white wine has a medium body, finished with bright acidity.
A refreshing, off-dry wine with prominent peach, apricot, and melon aroma and flavors.
With an intense, dark ruby color and deep aromas of blackberry and brown spice, this Pinot Noir shows flavors of plum and light cocoa from extended aging in French Oak providing a strong tannic backbone and bright acidity.
Offers gorgeous, pure fruit and presents an attractive, translucent dark ruby in the glass. A nose of crème de cassis, dried sour cherry, and Madagascar vanilla bean leads into a beautifully delineated palate, replete with minerality and accompanied by notes of new leather, raspberry, cured tobacco, and ripe wild blueberry.
This wine is rich and deeply colored. It offers dark plum, blackberry, chocolate and subtly smoky scents on the nose, with leather, herbs and a touch of smoky BBQ on the palate. Lithe and graceful in the mouth, there’s a lingering sweet fruity note on the medium-length finish.
